I LOVE working out with my husband. It's so much easier to get through the sets knowing he's doing it with me. I don't think I would push myself as hard if he weren't right there with me.
In order to set yourself up for success, accountability is key. Your spouse may not be interested in working out with you, but maybe there's a neighbor who wants to walk too. If you don't have someone to hold you accountable by working out with you, join an online group or find a friend who is committed to fitness and agree to hold each other accountable online or by phone.
If someone is going to ask you how your workout went, chances are much better you won't miss it.
