Yoga does a body good.

I started a yoga class yesterday and felt so amazing afterwards that I started digging as to all the many benefits of yoga.  There really is nothing like it.  It’s quite the workout, yet when you are finished it’s almost like you just had the most relaxing experience of your life.

I found this page, which explains the health benefits of yoga in great detail.  There’s no other workout I’m aware of that can do half of this!

No matter where you are in your quest for health and fitness, yoga will be beneficial.  You may feel a bit silly and unbalanced doing some of the moves at first, but you will get better and better the more you practice.  Start with a dvd at home!  With this many benefits - how can you not give it a try?

If yoga would make me flexible enough to do that I think I should look in to it. Wonderful post! I love the way you describe it enough to make me want to go try it!

I've done a few yoga moves - one of my fitness DVD's included some. I really liked it. Hope you continue to enjoy your class!
